About Me

Hi! I’m Niamh Brady and I live in Cork with my boyfriend, (Steve), my two dogs, (Loki & Freya), and my cat, (Tamagotchi). I am an amateur snow-boarder, failed rockstar and still undecided about what hair colour suits me best!

I am passionate about personal growth and professional development. I spent my 20’s listening to Tony Robbins and get very excited about time management!  My favourite thing to watch is TED Talks and the social feed I spend most time on is Linked In! I’m always looking for new books to read in these areas so please share any suggestions you have!

Am I the right coach for you?

My approach to coaching combines my passion for personal growth and professional development, my experience and my desire to help people achieve their goals.

I break the coaching process into simple, bitesize chunks to support you on your journey.

With over 10 years industry experience across multiple areas of business including recruitment, project management, service delivery and operations, I have worked with people at all levels of organisations from students on college placement to the C-level.

Personally, I am a recovering workaholic and have developed strong self-management skills to minimise the negative impact of stress and anxiety. I have also been through the journey of stopping smoking and am a strong believer in the benefits of an active lifestyle. I am absolutely not perfect – but I continue to strive to be the best version of myself.
