Productivity needs assessment completed by all attendees.
1 full day or 2 half-day sessions which cover the core modules of the Better Workday programme.
Extra time can be scheduled to complete one or more additional modules if needed.
Each attendee will receive the A Better Workday workbook.
Post-coaching productivity improvement assessment.
